Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you have designated, acquire physical possession of the goods.

We grant this right to all our customers. For consumers resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, it is also a statutory right.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent to support@inklay.app before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

This right applies to all purchases, including discounted and promotional purchases.

Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Pre-orders
Where a product is offered as a pre-order, you may cancel at any time before dispatch, for any reason, and receive a full refund. Contact us at support@inklay.app.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us at support@inklay.app if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Your statutory rights in respect of non-conforming goods apply in addition to, and independently of, the right of withdrawal described above.
